FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

  • PAYMENT

    We are only able to accept payment via PayPal as of now. Please stay tuned for more convenient payment options in the future.

  • SHIPPING

    CSC Time delivers nationwide. However, shipping fees will vary and depend on your location.

  • ORDER CHANGES

    Changing an order is allowed as long as we have not dispatched your order. For changes or issues on your order, please send your Complete Name, Order Number, and what you want to change to help@csc-time.com.

    Note: We can only change item/s in your order of the same amount.

  • DELIVERY

    We are committed to fulfilling your order within 24 hours of receiving it. However, delivery timing will depend on your location:

    • Metro Manila – 1 to 3 days
    • Luzon – 3 to 5 days
    • Visayas and Mindanao – 5 to 7 days
  • ORDER TRACKING

    For every successful order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.

  • ORDER NOT RECEIVED

    If you believe you didn’t receive your order or item, please contact us immediately. Please send your Complete Name, and Order Number to help@csc-time.com.

  • RETURN & EXCHANGE

    • Timepiece has not been subjected to physical abuse, mishandling, improper use, negligence or unauthorized repair.
    • Timepiece must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
    • Timepiece is returned on its complete and original packaging.
    • Timepiece is returned with its duly filled warranty card and original sales receipt.
    • Timepiece is subject to inspection, discretion and further judgment on the part of the service center.

     

    Additional conditions for online purchases:

    • Timepiece is re-wrapped and inside the box or pouch with care, and in good condition as per original delivery.
    • Timepiece is in a well-sealed box or pouch if sending back via courier service

     

    Please note:

    • If you received a timepiece that you did not order, we will arrange the pick-up and replacement of your order free of charge.
    • If you received a timepiece which you believe has a manufacturer’s defect or is faulty upon receiving, please read our Warranty information and instructions. We will arrange the pick-up and replacement or repair of your timepiece free of charge.
  • WARRANTY

    If you received a defective item from us, you may read our Warranty policy for more details.

     

    If you’ve had your item for a while and noticed a malfunction, please refer to the Warranty Card that comes with the item.
