Cool for School UGC Contest

Promo Period: July 19 – September 15, 2023
Customer Mechanics
1. Contest is open to all currently residing in or is a citizen of the Philippines
2. Participants will share their back to school look (not necessarily uniform) wearing a G-SHOCK or BABY-G watch
3. Participants must upload and tag G-SHOCK/BABY-G Philippines on Facebook or Instagram wearing their favorite G-SHOCK or BABY-G watches
4. Participants to include a caption why CASIO/G-SHOCK/BABY-G is the perfect school timepiece/watch and use hashtag: #CoolForSchoolwithGSHOCK
5. Must showcase G-SHOCK/BABY-G images clearly with watch dial facing the camera.
6. All participating entries will be reposted on our social media pages.
7. Participants must keep their entries and profiles public throughout the promo period of July 19 – September 15 and on the day of e-raffle draw with a DTI representative on September 19 for verification.
8. Participants will also upload their entries through a Google Forms for the e-raffle along with their full name, complete address, and contact details.
9. Promo period July 19 – September 15, 2023. Deadline of submission of raffle entries is on September 15, 2023, 5PM.
10. Three (3) winners will get the following prize:
– A158WA-1DF (SRP: ₱1,860.00)
11. E-Raffle draw will be held on September 19, 2pm through Google Meet in the presence of a DTI representative.
12. Prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferrable.
13. The winners will be notified through snail mail, SMS and e-mail and names will be announced on CASIO G-SHOCK PH Facebook page on September 20, 2023.
13. If from Metro Manila, the winner may claim the prize at CSC Time, Incoffice located at Unit 3101, 31/F One Corporate Centre Bldg., Dona Julia Vargas Ave., corner Meralco Ave., Ortigas Business District, Pasig City or if from the province, the sponsor will directly mail the watches.
14. All employees of CSC Time, Inc, their partners and affiliates, their ad agency, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
15. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of CSC Time with prior approval of DTI.
16. Promo may not be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise specified.
17. Promo is not convertible to cash.
Determining Winner and Prizes
1. CSC Time Inc. has collected personal information, which is thereafter processed and retained only for the purpose of identifying the winners of the promo.
2. Electronic raffle is on September 19, 2pm though Google Meets organized by CSC Time Inc. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the selection of winners.
3. The winners will be notified via their contact details shared through the Google Link and will be posted on CASIO G-SHOCK PH Facebook page on September 20, 2023.
4. A customer can only win once during the entire draw.
5. Three (3) winners will get the following prize: A158WA-1DF (SRP: ₱1,860.00)
Control Measures
1. DTI representative will be invited to check the electronic promo system before the approval of the promo.
2. DTI representative will be invited to witness the drawing of winners on September 19, 2pm
